Returns & Refunds policy

Hello, if you are looking to return or exchange any of our products, please read the below.

1. Please e-mail hello@wildsings.com with your order number and reason for returning / exchanging, and we will respond with your returns / exchange / refund options.

2. Due to being a small business, any postage cost with a return or exchange will need to be incurred by the customer.

Once a return has been received by us, you will be refunded within 2-3 days.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Any personalised items cannot be returned

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Please note that you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
